Prepayment Charges for Individuals NIL for floating rate loans For fixed and floating rate loans (dual-rate loans)
  • NIL for full or partial payments (no matter the source after the Fixed Interest Loan has been converted into Floating Interest Loan after the expiry of its period.)
  • NIL for full or partial prepayments (During the loan’s Fixed Interest Rate period in which it is pre-closed from own sources. But for the full or partial prepayment from other sources during the loan’s Fixed Interest Rate period will require 5% prepayment fees of the amount prepaid for the first 2 years from the first disbursement date and 3% post the amount prepaid.)
Prepayment Charges for Non-Individuals For floating-rate loans and dual-rate loans:
  • NIL for payments up to 25% of the POS (principal outstanding) inclusive of prepayments within the previous 12 months
  • In case the prepayment amount exceeds 25% of POS inclusive of prepayments within the previous 12 months, the amount prepaid over that 25% will require pre-payment fees
  • Foreclosure or prepayment fee is applicable on foreclosure payments that include all prepayments within the previous 12 months.
  • 5% foreclosure or prepayment fee is applicable for the first two years from the first disbursement date and 3% subsequently.
