Deutsche Bank Loan Against Property Fees and Charges

  • At max 2 percent of the sanctioned loan amount.
  • In case of loan rejection, INR 2,000 or the paid  fee is deducted from the debt administration fee and remaining balance is refunded.
  • In case of loan approval the bank does not refund the administration fee.
Prepayment Charges and Associated Terms LAP with fixed rate of interest:
  • 4 percent of the outstanding principal amount will be charged as part-prepayment charges
  • In a pre-closure or foreclosure case scenario, 4 percent of the remaining debt will be charged as a foreclosure fee.
LAP with floating rate of interest No prepayment charges are levied on a loan against property sanctioned at a floating interest rate. This does not imply a loan being made available for the purpose of business investment. For other loans:
  • No part-prepayment charges are levied when 25% of the outstanding loan amount is paid on an annual basis. 
  • In the event that the part-payment amount goes above 25% of the remaining debt, 4% will be charged as a liable fee (within 3 years) and after three years, 2% will be charged.
  • Pre-closure charges account for 4 percent of the remaining debt when paid within three years, and after three years, 2 percent will be charged.
